Job summary

Chicanos Por La Causa, Inc. is seeking a Regional Program Director to oversee all Early Childhood Development programs, including Migrant Head Start, within the region. The role ensures compliance with HSPPS, supports school readiness, and supervises multiple managers while maintaining health and safety standards.

The position emphasizes leadership, cross-site coordination, and collaboration with coordinators to advance program quality and family engagement in a culturally diverse environment.

Qualifications

• Baccalaureate degree in human services or education.
• 5 years of experience in an early childhood education environment.
• 2 years of management and supervision experience.
• Experience working with low-income and culturally diverse families and communities.
• Strong knowledge of financial and budget management.
• Proficient computer skills (Office 365, Adobe) and web-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all Early Childhood Development programs within the region.
• Ensure programs operate in line with HSPPS and CPLC policies.
• Supervise program staff, including hiring, evaluation, and development.
• Promote school readiness and family engagement.
• Maintain health and safety regulations across sites.
