• Oversee framework for value-added visits, audits, troubleshooting, and demonstrations with delegation to leadership team.
• Foster regional customer relationships and address escalated strategic issues.
• Collaborate with application equipment and product development teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Drive adoption of AI tools to enhance analysis, benchmarking and root-cause investigations.
