Continental Services in Groveport, OH is seeking a Guest Experience Specialist to elevate guest experiences across client sites. You will collaborate with Account Managers to maintain hospitality standards and drive customer satisfaction, embodying our mission of exceptional service.

The role requires 1-2 years in hospitality or guest-facing roles, strong communication, and the ability to manage a dynamic field schedule. Occasional travel within the defined territory is expected.

Qualificações

• 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, guest service, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing a dynamic field schedule.
• Proficient in using mobile apps, spreadsheets, and scheduling tools.
• Field-focused mindset with daily client interaction and on-site engagement.
• Reliable communicator who documents and relays guest concerns clearly.
• Solution-oriented with follow-through until issues are resolved.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the dedicated Guest Experience Specialist for a defined region.
• Partner with Account Managers to understand access protocols and location nuances.
• Coordinate Grand Openings within the territory, including planning and on-site coordination.
• Execute Client Engagement events, including vendor partnerships.
• Plan site visits in advance and log visits in the Guest Experience Schedule.
• Develop understanding of Guest Experience and interactions with services and technology.
• Ensure in-store signage is accurate and properly placed.
• Track activities, follow-ups, and improvements using internal tools.
• Document opportunities for improvement and coordinate with store leads and AM.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
