Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by greeting guests and helping them find what they need or resolve issues.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Support teammates and assist peers as needed while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Promote Target loyalty programs, and explain app features and benefits to guests.
• Scan and bag items efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with safety standards.
• Explain Order Pickup, Drive Up, and online ordering to guests and help them enroll/activate.
• Handle returns or exchanges per Target policies; escalate with leadership when needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and restock supplies during open hours.
• Adhere to safety policies and report hazards; comply with applicable laws including alcohol-related rules.
