Job summary

Red Bull is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across assigned regions within a national retail chain. You will lead regional account performance, volumes, market share, and in-store execution standards (QPOD).

You will build strong partnerships with key customers, tailor solutions to meet business objectives, and identify opportunities for sustainable growth. You will share best practices and align regional programs with the Joint Business Plan.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and execute Red Bull's strategic initiatives across regions within a national retail chain.
• Own regional account performance including volume, market share, budget management, distribution, pricing, promotions and in-store execution standards (QPOD).
• Build strong partnerships with key customers, develop tailored solutions meeting customer needs while supporting business objectives.
• Identify opportunities to drive sustainable growth and align regional programs with the Joint Business Plan established by account leadership.
