Job summary

Delora Care is seeking a driven Regional Vice President of Sales & Operations to lead multi-state growth in Tennessee, Alabama, and Kentucky. This field-based leadership role emphasizes building strategic partnerships, expanding services, and delivering sustained revenue growth while ensuring high-quality, compliant care.

Reporting to the CEO, you will own the regional P&L, develop market-entry plans, manage a broad network of referral sources, and mentor local teams to scale operations.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of proven success in sales, business development, or related leadership roles.
• Experience in home care or senior services is preferred.
• Strong network-building skills with ability to establish lasting relationships with referral sources.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and improve a regional sales strategy for TN, AL, KY.
• Establish sales goals, targets, and revenue projections for the region.
• Build referral networks with hospitals, physicians, and community partners.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and client education.
• Monitor regional profitability and report to CEO.
