Delora Care is seeking a driven Regional Vice President of Sales & Operations to lead expansion across Tennessee, Alabama, and Kentucky. You will report to the CEO and own the regional P&L, shaping growth strategies and partnerships. Expect regular travel and leadership across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of proven success in sales, business development, account management, market expansion, or related leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve a comprehensive regional sales strategy across Tennessee, Alabama, and Kentucky.
• Establish clear sales goals, targets, revenue projections, and market-development priorities.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and nurture referral relationships with community partners.
• Meet directly with prospective clients, referral sources, and community leaders to secure new business.
