Job summary

Delora Care is seeking a driven Regional Vice President of Sales & Operations to expand non-medical senior care across Tennessee, Alabama, and Kentucky. The role combines sales leadership with regional operations oversight, focusing on private‑pay clients, partnerships, and sustainable growth.

The successful candidate will travel regularly to build relationships, shape growth playbooks, and ensure service quality while driving profitability in a fast‑growing organization.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of proven success in sales, business development, account management, market expansion, or related leadership responsibilities.
• Strong network-building skills and ability to establish credible partnerships with professional and community sources.
• Experience leading regional growth initiatives in home care or related healthcare services is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and improve a comprehensive regional sales strategy across TN, AL, and KY.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and build referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, and care providers.
• Lead regional operations oversight to ensure client satisfaction, service quality, and compliance with standards.
• Identify market opportunities, partnerships, and regulatory considerations to support expansion into new markets.
• Mentor team members and coordinate with marketing, staffing, and operations to sustain growth.
