Delora Care is seeking a Regional Vice President of Sales & Operations to drive expansion across Tennessee, Alabama, and Kentucky. This field-based leadership role requires active market engagement, strategic partnerships, and sustained revenue growth.

You will own the regional P&L, develop growth plans, and collaborate with executive leadership to scale operations while maintaining service quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in sales, business development, or related leadership.
• Experience in home care or senior services preferred.
• Proven track record meeting revenue or market-expansion targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional sales strategy for Tennessee, Alabama, and Kentucky.
• Build referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, and care providers.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Lead regional operations to ensure client satisfaction and service quality.
