Job summary

Delora Care is seeking a driven, field-based Regional Vice President of Sales & Operations to lead expansion across Tennessee, Alabama, and Kentucky, owning the full sales cycle and building strategic partnerships to drive regional revenue. Reporting to the CEO, you will mentor teams, plan market-entry initiatives, maintain client focus and service quality, and travel regularly.

Base salary is $125,000–$150,000 with a performance bonus up to $100,000 and profit sharing.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of proven success in sales, business development, market expansion, or related leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional sales strategy across Tennessee, Alabama, and Kentucky.
• Develop market-entry plans and referral channels to drive growth.
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and forecasting.
• Represent Delora Care at community events and build partnerships with healthcare and senior-services professionals.
• Mentor and support regional teams to ensure client satisfaction and service quality.
