Sila Services is seeking a Senior Regional Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and execution for our New England brands. You will drive lead generation, manage budgets, and optimize campaigns across digital and traditional channels from the Boston area.

With 5+ years in residential home services marketing and hands-on ServiceTitan experience, you’ll partner with regional leaders to grow calls, appointments, and revenue while tracking ROAS and performance across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of marketing leadership experience in residential home services.
• Strong lead-generation and revenue-growth focus with measurable results.
• Experience coordinating with General Managers and regional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing strategy and execution for multiple brands in New England.
• Develop lead-generation strategies to drive calls, appointments and revenue.
• Manage regional and brand marketing budgets for maximum ROAS.
• Oversee campaigns across digital and traditional channels (SEO/SEM, social, radio, TV).
• Track leads, calls, conversion, revenue, and marketing performance.
• Lead KPI reviews with regional leadership and drive data-driven decisions.
• Identify growth opportunities across markets and plan campaigns accordingly.
• Collaborate with outside agencies and integrate with broader marketing teams.
• Support new acquisitions and onboarding into marketing structures.
