Job summary

Brown & Brown, Inc. is seeking a Regional Marketing Leader to drive scalable regional programs that support new business growth, retention, cross-sell, and pipeline development across assigned regions.

You will partner with regional leadership, producers, and national marketing to execute measurable programs aligned to enterprise growth priorities. The role also involves localizing national initiatives for regional relevance, managing COI and carrier partnerships, and overseeing demand

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
7+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
Strong written and verbal communication across digital, social, and print.
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Office.
Experience with marketing systems and social platforms; HubSpot a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop scalable regional marketing programs to drive growth and pipeline.
Partner with regional leadership and sales to identify market opportunities and campaigns.
Localize national initiatives for regional relevance while following guardrails.
Lead COI and carrier partnership marketing strategies.
Analyze campaign performance and ROI with KPI dashboards.
