Job summary

Natalie’s Orchid Island Juice Co. seeks a Business Development Manager to drive profitable sales growth across Texas, Oklahoma and Louisiana. You will partner with distributors, foodservice, and retailers to expand distribution and SKU penetration while aligning with Natalie’s internal teams.

Travel ~50% is required; the role collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service to deliver programs and excellent support. A relevant degree and 5+ years in sales are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales with distributor or consumer products.
• Proven success managing distributor relationships and distribution channels.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or Sales or related field.

Responsibilities

• Act as the face of Natalie’s Orchid Island Juice Co. with distributors and partners.
• Grow sales to meet/exceed goals and identify new business in the territory.
• Manage existing accounts including distributors, foodservice partners, and ingredient customers.
• Develop partnerships with key accounts and channel partners across the territory.
• Create and execute strategic plans with the Regional Sales Manager to expand base.
• Utilize CRM and tools to track activity and maintain territory records.
• Coordinate with accounts receivable to resolve customer issues promptly.
• Represent the company at trade shows and customer meetings as needed.
