Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a sales professional in Texas to drive sales, manage retailer promotions, and ensure product quality and freshness across accounts. The role requires 1–3 years of related experience with a valid driver’s license and ability to lift heavy items.

Regular account visits, inventory management, and collaboration on promotional events are essential. This position emphasizes meeting monthly objectives while expanding distribution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 1–3 years of related experience; or high school diploma with 4–5+ years of related experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or meet minimum state legal age requirements.
• Must have reliable automobile transportation and a valid driver's license with required auto insurance.
• Ability to lift products from 25 lbs to 50 lbs regularly and up to 175 lbs for keg products.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals within assigned timeframes and acquire new business while maintaining distribution.
• Execute sales plans and promotions at retail; communicate pricing and product promotions; coordinate displays and POS materials.
• Maintain QC and product date standards.
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts.
• Manage inventory to minimize out-of-stock and out-of-code issues.
• Monitor product placement and rotation to maximize shelf impact.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education

Bachelor's Degree with 1-3 years of related experience

High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 4-5+ years of related experience
