USA Lacrosse is seeking a Regional Manager for the Mountain Region to expand membership, support program growth, and build strong lacrosse communities. You will develop regional strategies, manage relationships with leagues, schools, clubs, and officials, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure member satisfaction.

The role requires 2–4 years in outside sales or related fields, a proactive service mindset, and willingness to travel up to 50% within the region.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of outside sales, account management, or marketing experience.
• Experience in sports or nonprofit environment is a plus.
• Strong hunter and relationship builder with pipeline development ability.

Responsabilités

• Develop regional sales strategy to grow membership and programs.
• Serve as primary liaison with member organizations and provide on-site support.
• Maintain member/prospect data in Salesforce and generate reports for decision-making.
• Represent USA Lacrosse at regional events and stay current on youth sports trends.
