Job summary

Renew Health + Recovery is expanding its central Florida footprint with a business development role focused on healthcare and psychiatric partners. You will serve as the primary contact for referrals, promoting Renew Health + Recovery services and coordinating with hospitals and medical sources.

You will travel 50–75% to meet referral sources, conduct outreach, onboard new reps, and ensure smooth referral workflows using Salesforce and EHR systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Addiction Treatment or Mental Health field preferred
• Familiarity with healthcare referral processes and CRM systems
• Strong communication and presentation skills for in-services and conventions

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for healthcare and psychiatric partners in your territory
• Conduct face-to-face sales calls, and outreach via phone and email
• Strengthen existing relationships with referral sources and develop new ones
• Develop streamlined process for receiving referrals from medical sector sources
• Attend professional conferences and events to promote Renew Health + Recovery
• Inform industry professionals about Renew Health + Recovery services and staff qualifications
• Onboard and train new hire medical market outreach reps
• Verify health insurance coverage and benefits via electronic systems
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
• Proficiently use Salesforce and EHR systems to track referrals and contacts
• Maintain contact with clients and families throughout treatment process
• Support weekly marketing meetings and travel as needed
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned
