UF Health Central Florida is seeking a Medical Group Growth Coordinator to drive growth by developing physician-based growth plans rooted in referral strategy and community engagement.

This role leads market analysis, contributes to service line initiatives, and builds business plans that support sustainable expansion, collaborating with executives and service line leaders to advance opportunities for new providers and care delivery.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or Business is required.
• Four years of experience in Healthcare/Medical.
• Ability to influence senior leadership and physicians.
• Strong verbal, written, and analytical skills are necessary.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Reads/writes/speaks English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage physician-based growth plans rooted in referral strategy, community engagement, and targeted market tactics.
• Lead market analysis and contribute to service line initiatives.
• Build business plans that support sustainable expansion.
• Collaborate with Medical Group, executives, and service line leaders to identify opportunities for new and expanded providers, services, and care delivery.
