You will cultivate relationships with patients, families, and clinical partners, and coordinate with clinical teams for smooth transitions to treatment.

You will analyze data to optimize access, present Kolmac offerings to referral sources, and travel up to 70% to build strategic partnerships and grow census across assigned territories.

Qualifications
