Job summary

Metropolitan Behavioral Health is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service activities within the Business Development Department. The role focuses on increasing utilization of the facility’s continuum of care through strategic marketing and branding efforts.

You will collaborate with senior leadership, guide growth opportunities, and align marketing plans with operational needs, including recruitment and retention. Travel up to 75% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 3 to 5 years of outside sales/marketing experience.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Ability to travel at least 75% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service activities within the Business Development Department.
• Achieve utilization of the organization’s continuum of care through effective marketing principles.
• Manage the facility’s strategic marketing plan and branding efforts.
• Coordinate with CEO and Admissions/Intake on issues and opportunities.
