• 4+ years in healthcare office management with direct staff supervision.
• Experience managing a medical office or behavioral health practice.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across clinicians, staff, and patients.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfort with healthcare software and administrative systems.
• Leadership, motivation, and goal-setting skills.
• Solid grasp of healthcare finance and best practices.
• Strong organization and time management.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, not required.
