The role requires a candidate with a strong background in building relationships in mental health services and substantial outreach experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of behavioral health business development or outreach experience.
• Existing referral relationships within Indiana, Ohio, and/or Michigan preferred.
• Ability to travel extensively throughout assigned territories.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong referral relationships throughout Indiana, Ohio, and parts of Michigan.
• Conduct regular in-person meetings, lunches, and networking events with referral partners.
• Maintain CRM documentation and referral tracking.
