ms consultants, inc. seeks a Regional Market Leader for the North Carolina region in Raleigh.

You will drive growth for the Water Business Unit, cultivate senior client relationships, and expand opportunities across the state while representing the firm’s capabilities in transportation and architecture as needed. You will lead strategic planning, propose winning solutions, and coordinate with executives to align resources and deliver integrated infrastructure services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Progressive leadership experience in a technical consulting or related industry.
• Strong background in business development and client leadership.
• Willingness to travel across North Carolina and to corporate headquarters as needed.

Responsabilités

• Lead the development and execution of a regional growth strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Build and sustain senior level relationships with public sector leaders, decision makers, and industry partners across North Carolina.
• Identify, pursue, and win new business while strengthening and expanding existing client partnerships.
• Partner with Business Unit Vice Presidents to align resources, streamline processes, and deliver integrated solutions.
• Represent ms as the senior brand ambassador at industry events, conferences, and executive forums.
• Provide strategic revenue forecasts and client insights to the Chief Growth Officer.
• Monitor market trends, funding programs, and infrastructure priorities to position the firm for long-term success.
• Oversee the regional market ensuring alignment with company culture, performance standards, and delivery excellence.
• Champion all regional water initiatives from strategic planning to monitoring the execution by the technical team of complex water and wastewater related infrastructure projects.
• Lead the development of winning proposals, compelling presentations, and competitive budgets for all water projects.
