SeamonWhiteside seeks an experienced North Carolina Regional Water Team Leader to grow and oversee SW+ drinking water and wastewater services across NC. You will lead project delivery, build key client relationships, and mentor a regional team of engineers and designers.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or closely related field.
• 10+ years of drinking water and wastewater engineering experience, preferably in consulting or municipal utility settings.
• PE license in NC or ability to obtain licensure within a defined timeframe.
• Demonstrated leadership, client management, scope/budget development, and project delivery capabilities.

Aufgaben

• Lead and grow SW+ drinking water and wastewater services across North Carolina, focusing on client service, technical excellence, quality control, and profitable delivery.
• Develop and maintain relationships with municipal, county, state, institutional, and private sector clients and partners.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including proposals, scopes, and client presentations.
• Serve as principal-in-charge or senior project manager for relevant projects and provide technical guidance.
