Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive business development, strategic account management, or sales leadership.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
• Exceptional presentation, communication, negotiation, and executive relationship management skills.
• Experience within luxury audio, residential technology, or luxury Custom Integration industries.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional strategies that drive revenue, profitability, and market share.
• Identify whitespace opportunities while recruiting and developing high-value dealers.
• Strengthen strategic retail partnerships in luxury residential technology.
• Lead forecasting, territory investments, and data-driven performance reviews.
• Build executive relationships with key retail and luxury integrators.
• Develop strategic account plans to improve dealer profitability and market share.
• Drive specification activity and engage architects, designers, builders, and consultants.
