Bose Corporation is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager to drive growth across luxury retail and residential technology markets. Reporting to the Western Zone Sales Leader, you will balance executive account management, dealer acquisition, and data-driven planning to expand market share.

The role requires strategic market development, technical consultation, and cross-functional leadership to deliver profitable growth while aligning with project specifications and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive business development, strategic account management, or sales leadership experience.
• Experience driving profitable growth through new business development and market development.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and executive relationship management.
• Preferred experience in luxury audio or residential technology; CEDIA/AVIXA CTS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional business strategies to drive revenue, profitability, and market share.
• Identify whitespace opportunities and recruit, onboard, and develop high-value dealers.
• Strengthen strategic retail partnerships and expand presence in luxury residential technology.
• Lead strategic account plans and present executive business reviews with market intelligence and financial metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing, product management, training, supply chain, and support to execute regional priorities.
