Job summary

Zen Educate, a fast-growing education recruitment tech company, seeks an Account Manager, Team Lead in Los Angeles. You will define the region's launch plan, own end-to-end city delivery, and lead a team to drive revenue growth while managing key accounts. Collaboration with Product, Onboarding, Compliance, and Sales will be essential to successful district deployments.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years in a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager role.
At least 6 months of peer leadership.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product, Onboarding, Compliance, Sales).

Responsibilities

Strategic leadership: define your region's launch and growth strategy and set revenue targets.
Own end-to-end delivery of a new city including planning, hiring, and launch.
Lead consistent revenue growth and manage a portfolio of key accounts; monitor KPIs and take action to hit targets.
Build and coach a high-performing team of Account Managers; conduct weekly 1:1s and provide feedback.
Collaborate with Product, Onboarding, Compliance, and Sales to support district launches and expansions.
