Zen Educate is seeking a City Leader in Los Angeles to drive regional growth and oversee end-to-end city launch, hiring, and team development. You will lead Account Managers to delight schools, grow usage of Zen Educate’s educators and software, and coordinate with Product, Onboarding, Marketing, Compliance and Sales to ensure district success.

Salary (On-Target Earnings): $100,000 - $125,000 USD (inclusive of base and variable pay, dependent on experience)

Mastery of managing a portfolio of customer accounts: At least 5 years in a Customer Success Manager or Account Manager role and 1 year of leadership
