Zen Educate is hiring in Los Angeles for a fast-growing, hybrid role that blends relationship-building with strategic growth. You will manage US school partnerships and support educators to ensure successful placements, while upselling products to expand impact.

Grow with a mission-driven team in a high-growth edtech startup. You’ll collaborate with product and technology teams to enhance the platform and create tangible educational outcomes, with a pathway to leadership, sales, and operations

Qualifications

• Mindset: coachability, grit, positivity, strong work ethic, empathy.
• Experience in sales, partnerships, account management, recruitment, or education is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow US school partnerships with deep, meaningful relationships.
• Generate increasing demand for Zen educators to be placed in classrooms.
• Upsell Zen products and services to expand impact within partner portfolio.
• Act as a central point of contact for school partnership stakeholders.
• Report on trends and feedback to Product team to improve platform.
• Communicate daily with educators to place them in daily subbing or long-term roles.
• Maintain contact with educators to provide feedback, ensure satisfaction, and solve problems.
• Coach educators and improve performance in schools.
