Smile Partners USA is seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead a portfolio of dental practices in the Chicagoland area. You will drive revenue growth, develop Office Managers, and ensure operational and cultural consistency across the region.

This high-visibility leadership role requires proven multi-site management and business acumen to scale performance in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated multi-site leadership experience managing large markets.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong operational, change management, and interpersonal leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and EBITDA growth across multiple dental practices, including acquisitions, relocations, expansions, and new openings.
• Maintain growth plans for each office focusing on provider capacity, patient access, and specialty care expansion.
• Partner with SVP to develop regional budgets with quarterly and yearly targets.
• Oversee Office Managers in managing practice-level P&Ls and labor efficiency.
• Foster strong provider relations to support productivity, efficiency, and patient care goals.
• Ensure front-end revenue cycle processes with high collection standards and monitor AR aging.
• Develop a leadership pipeline including future regional managers and a high-performance culture.
