Job summary

Jampp is seeking a Growth Lead to own the regional performance strategy and guide a team of Growth Analysts. You will blend hands-on campaign management with strategic leadership to drive scalable growth across advertisers, audiences, and bidding strategies.

You will collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to translate advertiser needs into prioritized product opportunities and test-and-learn initiatives. Strong SQL and BI tool proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 5+ years in performance advertising, AdTech, or growth with ownership of strategy, optimization, and results.
• 2+ years leading or mentoring analysts.
• Proficiency in SQL and BI tools for performance investigation and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of mobile measurement and attribution with hands-on MMP data experience.
• Experience designing and evaluating experiments and translating results into scalable recommendations.
• Ability to align regional advertiser insights with Product priorities and test-driven feedback.
• Excellent communication to coordinate with Product, Customer Success, Sales, and Tech.

Responsibilities

• Own Growth’s regional performance strategy and prioritize accounts.
• Mentor and develop Growth Analysts, guiding them on prioritization and results ownership.
• Lead campaign execution and guide optimization, experimentation, and troubleshooting.
• Analyze campaign data using SQL and BI tools to identify risks and root causes.
• Bridge regional business needs with Product priorities and provide actionable feedback.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to align on advertiser objectives and growth plans.
• Define and prioritize A/B experiments across audiences, creatives, and bidding strategies.
• Identify opportunities to improve Growth’s processes, reporting, and workflows.
