Job summary

Jampp is seeking a technically driven Senior Growth Analyst to join the Growth team. You will own strategy, execution, and optimization of performance campaigns with a focus on CPA and ROAS, while collaborating with Customer Success, Product, and Data Science to translate goals into measurable outcomes.

You will analyze data using SQL and BI tools, experiment with hypotheses, and contribute to scalable best practices. Strong English communication and hands-on automation experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field is required.
• 5+ years in performance advertising, AdTech or data analytics.
• 3+ years managing and optimizing performance campaigns with CPA/ROAS focus.
• Strong understanding of attribution, optimization models, and data-driven decisions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with clear recommendations.
• Experience designing and owning experiments delivering measurable improvements.
• SQL proficiency for data querying and analysis.
• Experience with BI tools Looker/Tableau and AI tools for analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, setup, execution, and optimization of performance campaigns with CPA/ROAS focus.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to translate advertiser goals into strategies.
• Develop understanding of Jampp products and ML-driven optimization models.
• Investigate performance issues across model behavior, attribution, data, and campaigns.
• Design, run, and own experiments with hypotheses and success metrics.
• Use SQL, BI tools, and AI tools to analyze data and derive actionable recommendations.
• Partner with Product/Data Science on experiments and translate learnings into scalable best practices.
• Identify repetitive tasks that can be automated to improve efficiency.
