Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in performance advertising, AdTech, or growth with hands-on ownership of campaign strategy and results.
• Proficiency in SQL and BI tools, with solid understanding of mobile measurement and attribution.
• Strong leadership, clear communication, and advanced English plus Spanish or Portuguese.

Responsibilities

• Own Growth's performance strategy for the region, setting priorities and action plans to improve campaign quality and advertiser results.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Growth Analysts, helping them prioritize work and strengthen technical and analytical skills.
• Stay close to campaign execution, managing strategic accounts and guiding optimization, experimentation, and complex troubleshooting.
