Jampp in the United States is seeking a Senior Growth Analyst to lead the strategy, setup, and optimization of performance campaigns with a strong focus on CPA, ROAS, and advertiser outcomes. You will collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Data Science, and Supply to translate goals into strategies, design experiments, and develop scalable best practices.

You will use SQL, Looker/Tableau, Claude, and ChatGPT for data analysis and automation.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in performance advertising or related field.
• 3+ years hands-on in managing performance campaigns incl. CPA/ROAS optimization, attribution, and experimentation.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with ML-driven optimization concepts and data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Own the strategy, setup, execution, and optimization of performance campaigns with a focus on CPA, ROAS, growth, and advertiser outcomes.
• Translate advertiser goals into strategies with Customer Success to retain and grow accounts.
• Develop understanding of Jampp’s products and ML-driven optimization models, including audiences, supply, attribution, creatives, measurement, and configurations.
• Independently investigate performance issues across model behavior, supply, attribution, tracking, data, and configurations.
• Design, execute, and own structured experiments with hypotheses and success metrics to drive improvements.
• Use SQL, BI platforms, and AI tools to analyze data, identify opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Partner with Product and Data Science on experiments, translating learnings into scalable practices.
• Identify repetitive/manual tasks to automate and improve team efficiency.
