Job summary

CCS Fundraising is seeking a Regional Growth Enablement Manager in Chicago, IL, reporting to the Senior Director, Growth Enablement. This hybrid/full-time role integrates centralized Growth COE capabilities with four regions to drive regional growth through ICPs, ABM campaigns, and targeted activation plays.

Responsibilities include leading prospect intelligence, ICP development with BI COE, and coordinating region-specific outreach sequences and campaigns.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive experience in demand generation, revenue marketing, or related B2B marketing roles.
• Hands-on ABM or field marketing experience with activation plays beyond email/digital.
• Creative and resourceful operator able to invent plays with limited precedent.
• Experience using HubSpot for list management, nurture, and analytics.
• Ability to synthesize data into targeted campaign strategies and outreach programs.
• Excellent written communication for executive briefings and sales support.

Responsibilities

• Lead ABM outreach sequences across regions.
• Develop ICPs and target lists with BI COE.
• Create executive briefing documents for priority BI-sourced opportunities.
• Design and maintain region-specific activation templates and plays.
• Coordinate with Growth Content and regional teams to incorporate thought leadership and case studies.
• Scale field marketing plays across regions in collaboration with Growth COE.
