Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in specialty chemicals, industrial services, or process-driven industries.
• Strong operational background with hands-on experience working inside refineries or petrochemical facilities.
• 3+ years of regional or business-unit leadership with direct people management and P&L ownership.

Responsibilities

• Launch and execute the regional market entry strategy for a specialty chemicals business.
• Identify, develop, and close new customer opportunities.
• Hire, train, and lead a high-performing team across business development.
