Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in specialty chemicals.
• Experience managing a global team covering synthesis and product development.
• Track record of commercializing new products.

Responsibilities

• Ensure lab operates safely in line with company policies.
• Conduct voice-of-customer to identify new product development.
• Develop goals, annual operating plans, and performance management systems.
• Monitor competitor R&D activities.
• Protect intellectual property via patents.
