Qualifications

• Established network among orthopedic sales representatives and distributor principals.
• Ability to identify, engage, and recruit top sales talent.

Responsibilities

• Identify high-impact sales talent and distributor opportunities nationwide.
• Develop and maintain national pipelines of orthopedic reps, sales teams, and distributor principals by market and specialty.
• Assess candidate fit including production, surgeon relationships, geography, and commercial potential.
• Present qualified opportunities to regional and senior sales leadership for decision making.
