Advita Ortho in Gainesville, FL seeks a Sr. Director, Medical Education & Training to lead the strategy, development and execution of professional training, sales development and medical education programs across Shoulder, Foot and Ankle, and Advanced Surgical Technologies product lines.

The role partners with Marketing, Commercial leadership and field sales to drive commercial readiness, surgeon proficiency and product adoption. Extensive cross-functional leadership and travel are required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 12 years in related industry experience.
• Licensed clinical experience as RN/PA/MD preferred.
• Strong strategic, analytic mindset with ability to evaluate and execute.
• Willingness to travel 40–50% of the time.

Aufgaben

• Lead the strategy, development and execution of professional product training, sales development and medical education programs.
• Strengthen commercial readiness and product adoption across Shoulder, Foot and Ankle, and AST product lines.
• Own onboarding and role-based training for internal teams and external sales agents.
• Develop scalable training resources across live, virtual, digital and on-demand formats.
• Partner with Marketing, Commercial leadership, and Field Sales to identify capability gaps and translate into training programs.
• Support product launches with comprehensive training and field readiness plans.
