Job summary

Advita Ortho seeks a Director, Business Development to lead national talent acquisition and strategic growth across the US market. You will identify, recruit, and engage orthopedic sales talent and distributor principals, with emphasis on Shoulder and Foot & Ankle segments, partnering with regional sales leadership.

In this remote role, you will build a scalable talent pipeline, assess fit and potential, and facilitate handoffs to executive leaders while ensuring alignment with Advita Ortho's

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or related field.
• Proven success in orthopedic medical device sales, recruiting or commercial leadership.
• Established network among orthopedic sales reps and distributor principals.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain national pipelines of orthopedic representatives and distributor principals.
• Identify and cultivate priority talent before candidates consider a move.
• Assess production, surgeon relationships, geography, and commercial potential.
• Partner with leadership to prioritize opportunities and support distributor negotiations.
• Ensure smooth transition of hires to regional leadership and define 90-, 180-, and 365-day objectives.
