Job summary

Little Caesars seeks a senior executive leader to drive market performance across the assigned region, serving as a strategic partner to franchisees. You will lead end-to-end regional operations, shaping development strategies and aligning corporate and field teams to accelerate sales and expand market share.

You will oversee franchise operations in multiple countries, manage budgets, and coach regional staff, while ensuring brand integrity and compliance across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 10+ years leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience in leading people and cross functional teams with diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to read and interpret financial statements and make viable recommendations for modifications to business plans.

Responsibilities

• Develops and directs strategies to grow brand, store count, and profitability across the region.
• Leads region-wide departments in alignment with operating procedures and brand standards.
• Oversees regional budgeting and conducts annual financial reviews with franchisees.
• Provides leadership, coaching, and performance management for regional staff.
• Communicates with the company and franchisees on opportunities or issues affecting the brand.
• Ensures brand representation and legal/compliance across markets.
• Oversees development strategies and pre-opening training for new/existing markets.
• Collaborates with international marketing to implement global/regional plans.
