Job summary

Little Caesars Pizza is seeking an Area Supervisor to oversee the total operation of multiple restaurants across Texas. You will supervise restaurant management, conduct meetings and store visits to ensure consistent operations, and provide leadership guidance to Restaurant Managers on decision making and problem solving.

You will review store performance, audits, and profitability, and support local store marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple restaurants and teams.
• Ability to coach Restaurant Managers in decision making and problem solving.
• Strong numeric aptitude for analyzing P&L data and metrics.
