Job summary

Little Caesars Pizza seeks an executive leader to oversee one of three regional distribution center organizations and satellites, ensuring peak DC performance and key KPI attainment. Reporting to senior distribution leadership, the role operates with discretion in high-impact matters at the zone level.

The position drives regional logistics strategy, coordinates with DC Directors and corporate initiatives, and focuses on staffing, budget adherence, and process standardization to deliver customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics or related field; relevant experience considered in lieu of education.
• 10+ years in multi-location warehouse/distribution, foodservice distribution preferred.
• Proven ability to coach and develop staff and leaders.
• Strong financial acumen and organizational planning skills.
• Excellent communication and influence across levels and locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational execution and strategic initiatives across DCs and satellites, focusing on metrics, budgets, and safety.
• Direct regional system development for store deliveries, DCs, and external facilities to streamline operations.
• Lead collaboration with VP NA Distribution and DC Directors to optimize zone performance.
• Ensure compliance with policies, staffing, and performance evaluations within budget.
• Act as liaison between regional centers and corporate initiatives to align objectives.
