Little Caesars is seeking a Business Consultant to work with franchise owners and candidates, guiding operations, marketing, training, and financial performance across assigned markets. You will liaison with corporate departments, provide tools and training, and drive improvements in quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

The role requires identifying market opportunities, reviewing business plans, and conducting on-site reviews to ensure adherence to standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Four years restaurant/retail management experience.
• Strong relationship, team building and communication skills.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to travel by airplane and automobile to visit franchisees and inquirers.
• Ability to lift and move up to 55 pounds and reach up to six feet.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a business consultant to franchise owners and candidates to help achieve operational excellence.
• Maintain liaison between the company and franchisees or candidates wanting to become franchisees for assigned markets.
• Provide tools and counsel across store operations, including food and labor costs, safety, product quality, training, marketing, and supply chain.
• Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for improvement and assess effectiveness of operations development.
• Deliver training and communications to franchisees and staff to support customer satisfaction and adherence to standards.
