Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a Regional Group Sales Manager to grow group business across a resort portfolio. This role targets an outside sales professional who excels at meeting clients, uncovering opportunities, and converting relationships into meetings, retreats, and events.

You will work with lodging, event spaces, dining, and recreational offerings, backed by experienced sales and conference services teams. Expect a competitive base plus uncapped commissions and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• 3–5 years of outside sales experience in hotels, resorts, or hospitality.
• Proven success meeting or exceeding group sales goals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple property teams.
• Residence within one hour of Portland, Maine, with regional travel and availability for select evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect, qualify, and close new group business while growing existing accounts.
• Build client relationships through regular sales visits, presentations, and entertainment.
• Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and manage the full group sales cycle.
• Execute territory strategies, meet prospecting targets, and maintain CRM records.
• Coordinate with property teams on site tours, event handoffs, and guest experience.
