Job summary

MASA is hiring a Regional Sales Executive to expand our Group Benefits business in the Washington, DC Metro Area. This full-time field sales role focuses on growing broker relationships and helping employers understand and address emergency transportation exposure within their benefits strategy.

You will work with benefits brokers and employers, building a data-informed case for MASA and presenting solutions to HR and finance leaders.

Qualifications

• Five plus years in employee benefits sales, especially via brokers or consultants.
• Proven track record building new business and converting opportunities.
• Established broker relationships in the assigned market and ability to grow network.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen relationships with benefits brokers and consultants.
• Develop your pipeline through broker outreach and employer prospecting.
• Lead discovery with brokers and employers on workforce and plan design.
• Present data-informed business cases to HR and finance leaders.
• Explain how MASA complements health plans and funding options.
• Tailor proposals to brokers and employers and manage the full sales cycle.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and share market insights with the team.
• Travel regularly to meet brokers, employers, and partners.
