Medical Air Services Association, Inc. (MASA) is seeking a Regional Sales Executive to grow our Group Benefits business in the Washington, DC Metro Area.

You will build broker relationships, expand your market, and help employers understand MASA’s emergency transportation coverage as part of their benefits strategy. The role involves traveling to meet brokers and employers, developing a robust pipeline, and presenting data-informed business cases to HR/finance leaders.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of successful employee benefits sales experience, including broker/consultant channels.
• Proven track record building new business and expanding opportunities.
• Established relationships with benefits brokers in the assigned market.

Aufgaben

• Build and deepen relationships with benefits brokers and consultants to generate employer conversations.
• Develop pipeline via broker outreach, employer prospecting, referrals, and local market activity.
• Lead discovery with brokers and employers to understand workforce, health plan design, funding, renewal timing, and exposure to emergency transport costs.
• Build a data-informed business case for MASA and present solutions to HR and finance leaders.
• Tailor proposals and presentations to each broker and employer.
• Manage opportunities from initial contact to enrollment planning and handoff to implementation.
