Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen relationships with brokers and consultants across the market.
• Develop pipeline through broker outreach and local market activity.
• Lead discovery with brokers and employers to understand workforce needs.
• Present data-informed business cases to HR and finance leaders.
• Manage opportunities from initial conversations to enrollment handoff.
• Maintain CRM with accurate pipeline and forecasts.
• Travel regularly to meet brokers and employers.
