Job summary

Unilever Brasil Ltda. seeks an Associate Director Regional Grocery to lead strategy, execution, and performance for regional accounts. You will own the Acosta relationship and work with cross-functional teams to deliver growth, profitable plans, and flawless activation of priorities.

You will manage a team, drive joint business planning, promotions, and trade investments while building strong customer partnerships and ensuring aligned execution across channels.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree is required.
• 10+ years of sales leadership experience across multiple channels.
• Ahold Delhaize experience is a plus.
• Trade marketing and category management experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of omni-channel and eCommerce capabilities.
• Strong verbal and written communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution for regional grocery customers to grow sales, share, profitability and distribution.
• Own annual business planning including joint business planning, promotions, trade investment and launches.
• Lead performance management across the regional portfolio and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with strategy, category, shopper marketing, supply chain, finance and brands.
• Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders and act as a strategic partner.
• Coach and develop direct reports or matrixed team members.
