Unilever seeks a Senior Regional Sales Manager to develop and execute strategic market development plans across key grocers and brokers in the United States, including SEG, UNFI, and Winn-Dixie. You will coordinate Unilever resources and partner with Acosta teams to optimize trade spend, promotions, and channel strategies, while delivering against volume, profit, and share targets.

5+ years leading regional sales or key account teams in consumer goods.
Experience with retailers like SEG, UNFI, and regional grocers.
Proven ability to develop and execute market development plans.
Strong collaboration with brokers and customer teams.

Coordinate Unilever resources to drive market performance across Trade Marketing, Category Management, and Shopper Marketing.
Coordinate Acosta resources to meet regional objectives, ROI, and Evergreen Plan reconciliation.
Hit targets for volume, spend, turnover, profitability, and market share.
Prioritize tasks across strategy, planning, customer visits, retail, and training.
Drive trade investments while aligning with corporate goals and broker investments.
