Unilever is seeking a Senior Regional Sales Manager to develop and deliver regional market development plans across key customers such as SEG, UNFI and Winn-Dixie, plus 8–10 regional grocers. You will coordinate with external sales teams and Acosta partners to execute profitable growth strategies.

You will lead cross-functional resources and hold teams accountable to clear plans, track promotional activity and competitive threats while pursuing revenue and share gains.

Responsabilités

• Manage and coordinate Unilever resources to maximize effectiveness on assigned market performance including Trade Marketing, Category Management, Consumer Insight, Supply Chain and Shopper Marketing.
• Manage and coordinate Acosta resources to maximize effectiveness on assigned market objectives, Account Executives, Marketing, Retail Group, Administrators, and Broker senior management; guide Acosta Partners on ROI and spending efficiencies; ensure resources are available to Acosta Partners.
• Achieve assigned targets including volume, spend, turnover, profitability, share and relevant KPIs.
• Prioritize tasks to balance strategy, planning, analysis, customer visits, retail activity and Acosta training/development.
• Drive trade investment efficiencies while ensuring corporate goals are delivered and broker investment is maximized.
